You agreed that you are of legal age to apply for membership or use the Website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability You may incur as a result of the use of our Website. Uploading Images

Both parties acknowledge that from time to time You may upload photographs to the Website, and TALENT BOAT AGENCY will screen these uploads to see if they are suitable for inclusion. The policies behind this procedure are available on request.

You acknowledge that TALENT BOAT AGENCY does not allow the upload of Images that infringe on any copyright, property right, trademark or any other applicable right.

You are solely responsible for the Images You upload or send to us. You warrant that You own all proprietary rights regarding the Image(s).

You acknowledge that even though We do our best to prevent it from happening, Talent Boat cannot be held responsible for the misuse or abuse of any Image.

We also reserve the right to remove any approved Image at any time.

Termination of Contract

Both parties can terminate a contract for any reason with a written notice and proof of identity. Upon termination TALENT BOAT AGENCY removes all your personal data from the Website.

Privacy policy

We have adopted the privacy policy of our parent company, BOBOJAY ENTERTAINMENT, AND TECHNOLOGY. This privacy policy is used on a whole network of sites, so some of it might not be relevant to You depending on what services you use. To summarize it, we do everything we can in order to protect your privacy. We have a strict no-spam policy. We do not rent, sell or share your personal details with 3rd parties without your consent unless we are required to do so by the law. WE OFFER NO WARRANTY, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY IMAGES, THE WEBSITE, THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION, OR ANY RIGHTS OR LICENSES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TALENT BOAT AGENCY or BOBOJAY ENTERTAINMENT & TECHNOLOGY DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE MEMBER WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT WEBSITE USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TALENT BOAT AGENCY in partnership with BOBOJAY ENTERTAINMENT & TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE MODEL IMAGES.
