TBA is an agency recruiting Models, Ushers, Dancers, DJs, Comedians/MCs, Bouncers, Fashion Designers, Photographers, Cinematographers, Music Artists, Makeup Artists, Hair Stylists, Bakers, Decorators, etc. TBA is legit and safe, controlled by Bobojay Entertainment and Technology, registered with the CAC. It has an operational office at 92 Arthur Eze Avenue, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria, intending to set up offices in several parts of the country.
By becoming a member, (1) you agree to the membership terms and conditions, (2) you agree to pay a commission to Talent Boat Agency when a client books you for a job. (3) You agree to upload recent pictures/ videos with no studio signature/logo of yourself or work done.
Requirements for Models & Ushers: Applicants must be between 18 and 27 years old, provide a valid ID card and a written biography, be at least 5.3ft for females and 5.7ft for males, and upload pictures and video clips, with a minimum of 2000 followers on any social media. Note: Aspiring models between the ages of 2 and 17 years will apply as minors and must obtain approval from parents or guardians.

PICTURE/VIDEO GUIDELINES
Note: These requirements/guidelines are for those interested in Modelling, Ushering, and Dancing. Applicants are to provide these materials. As you apply for membership, remember that you’re trying to make an impression on someone who has never met you. This is a guide to show our clients who you are, what you can do, and what you look like in your most natural way (make a nice hairstyle).
You will snap at least 11 digital photos upon acceptance. Pictures will include half-length, full-length, waist-up, and full-length with different positions. Please do your best to replicate the simple images used as an example during the photo shoot, and note that the pictures below are not professionally done; they serve as guidelines. Minimum picture size: 513 x 800 (width x height) for portrait and 800 x 513 (width x height) for landscape orientation. We would love to get to know your personality and see how you walk, talk, and sit in full-length, with a brief 30- 60-second video.
Warning! Do not attach any signature or studio logo to your pictures or video except our official logo.
For an outdoor photoshoot, use natural daylight; don’t use direct sunlight. Remember, we’re looking for your natural look; makeup artists won’t apply too much makeup.
An applicant who fails to provide photos & videos will not be published on our website until the pictures and videos are complete.
Video Guidelines:
We will get to know your personality and see how you walk, talk, and sit in a full-length, 30- 60-second video. During this section, we will record a video of you in different positions as you walk, sit and talk. You will show a normal, casual walk back and forth in front of the camera so that our client can see your full line.
Note: You should be fresh-faced, with no makeup and a clean hairstyle, although makeup artists will be on-site for female applicants.
